Abstract. The article analyzes the conviction as the primary method of law and order in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Special attention is paid to the analysis of promotion as the basic legal instrument implementing beliefs. A classification and characteristics of incentives that apply to members of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
