Abstract. This article deals with issues relatedto application of the alternative disputeresolution system, namely theintegrated alternative methods ofdispute resolution. It also presentsseparate aspects of the mini-trail, the meditation-arbitration, the ombudsman, and other integrated alternative methods of dispute resolution which are practiced on a wide scale within foreign countries and may besuccessfully integrated into the legalsystem of Ukraine.
